How fast will you reply?
Within one business day for every enquiry that reaches the form or hello@propertiesincorporated.com. We are a small team and we read everything — there is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of a human.
Can you tell me what my home is worth?
No. We publish market-level data, not property-level valuations, and we do not run an automated valuation model. For a specific address you need a licensed appraiser or a local agent's comparative market analysis. What we can point you at is the market page for your city, which shows what comparable homes have been doing.
Can you connect me with an agent?
Only where an agent has bought the featured slot on that market page, in which case they are visibly labelled as sponsored and you can contact them directly from the page. We do not maintain a referral network, we do not sell your details to a pool of competing agents, and we take no commission on any transaction.
Can I reuse your data in an article or report?
Yes, with attribution. Cite the specific market page the figure appears on rather than the homepage, and name the original provider alongside us — for example "median sale price of $613,000 (Redfin, May 2026, via Properties Incorporated)". Full licensing detail is on the data sources page.
