How does this differ from a Zillow Premier Agent ad?
Zillow charges per-lead with no presence guarantee. Properties Incorporated is a flat monthly slot on a specific market page — you control which geography, you get every visitor researching that market, and there are no per-lead bidding wars. We're a data platform, not a lead-resale marketplace.
How many brokerages can list per page?
One brokerage per market page (state, city, or ZIP). Slots are first-come, first-served per geography. If your target city or ZIP is already taken, we'll let you know on the inquiry call and offer adjacent markets.
What kind of placement do I get?
A featured panel near the main content — logo, brokerage name, 1-line tagline, and a do-follow link to your site. Designed to look editorial, not banner-ad spammy. Visible to every visitor on the page and indexed by Google.
How much traffic do these pages get?
Traffic varies by market — high-volume metros like Austin, Dallas, Tampa, and Charlotte get the most visitors. We're growing organic search traffic across all 53,000+ city and ZIP pages and will share recent visitor counts for your target market on the inquiry call.
How does billing work?
Monthly, billed at the start of each period. We invoice via Ketchup Consulting (our operations partner) — net-15 terms, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We don't do annual lock-in contracts.
Can I list in multiple cities or ZIPs?
Yes — every additional market is billed at its own tier price. Many brokerages start with their primary city ($100/mo) and add 2-3 adjacent ZIP codes ($50/mo each) for surrounding-area coverage.
Do you offer state + multiple cities packages?
Yes — if you want statewide coverage plus featured slots in 5+ specific cities, mention it on the inquiry form and we'll quote a package rate.
