We're changing that by combining authoritative market data with real home listings in a single, free platform. We believe in transparency. All market data comes from public sources — Redfin, Zillow, U.S. Census, and FRED. Home listings are sourced from major real estate platforms. We don't model or estimate — we aggregate what's already published and pair it with homes you can actually buy. When we write analysis, we show our work and let you draw your own conclusions.
